A new build property which was completed in August 2020 the apartment has been furnished and equipped to the highest standard with your comfort and convenience in mind.

In addition to the well equipped kitchen, the master bedroom has a superking bed with the second bedroom benefitting from two singles which can be combined into a further superking if required.

As well as a large family bathroom which includes a power shower, the master bedroom has an en suite shower room. The spacious lounge has a dining area from were you can soak in the view out across the Green and children's play park towards the Forth while you enjoy your breakfast or evening meal.

As you would expect from a quality holiday home Maeyar offers a range of furnishing and equipment for your entertainment, convenience and comfort. This includes solid oak furniture throughout; quality kitchen fittings and utensils including dishwasher and washer dryer; wifi; smart speakers; a 43-inch smart TV and a Blu-ray player.  For our guests with young children we have also provided a travel cot, high chair, night lights and fitted stair-gate.
